weekend schmooze 016
Well, it finally happened: after pushing these to Mondays, I forgot about it, and I'm writing it on a Tuesday. How will planet Earth recover from this?
Anyway, last week was pretty normal. I started working on my new work project, went to the library and went back to Santarém. The highlight of the week was installing an automatic feeder for my parents' cats, since one of them loves to thrash the place if he doesn't get fed at 3am.
📚 Reading
- Read Ducks: Two Years in the Oil Sands(great!), Caminantes, Os Guardiões do Louvre and reread Birthday Girl. I picked up all these books from the library, which is now my prefered source of books.
📺 Watching
- Started watching Mo and I'm really enjoying it.
🔗 Linkipedia
- I believe I shared Gina Trapani's Life In Weeks a few weeks ago, so I'm very happy that I found a Life in Weeks website where you can create your own map!
- The Aldi effect: how one discount supermarket transformed the way Britain shops by The Guardian. I enjoyed this article, as Aldi is one of my go-to supermarkets. I added Bare Essentials: The Aldi Way of Retailing as I'm curious about learning more about Aldi's story and principles.
